Now you can serve sashimi at home and not worry about it being at room temperature for too long.  Just put these blocks in the freezer for a couple of hours before you are planning on serving the sashimi and the hardest part of the evening will be getting that perfect slice of fish. 

Once you've accomplished that, you can place it on the frozen sushi stick where it will be gently kissed (no, nothing kinky going on here) with a hint of salt.  No soy sauce needed. 

This little wonder will forever change the way you think about sashimi!
