Returns Policy
All go lb. salt product purchases including Taste-ology and salt cellars are non-returnable, non-refundable. Because all sales are final, we respectfully request that you please review your order carefully prior to making payment.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and all of our products can also be shipped to the following international destinations: Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany & Japan. If you would like us to ship to any other international destination, please inquire...we'll see what we can do!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please allow 3 business days (M-F) for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Undeliverable Addresses
You are as eager to get our products as we are to get them to you. Please make sure you provide a complete, deliverable address. If your shipment is returned to us as "undeliverable" we will have to charge you an additional shipping fee to send it out again. Per our above 'Returns Policy' you will not be able to request a refund.
