All sea salt contains beneficial moisture.  For that reason, we recommend keeping them in a wooden salt cellar of some kind. 

Because our sea salts are 100% natural we do not use any anti-caking agents to prevent clumping.  The only natural way to minimize the possibility of clumping is to store your salt in a wooden salt cellar.
