Green Salt Recipe

  • ¼ cup Sel Gris
  • 3 fresh bay leaves
  • 2 tsp fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Use green salt as a rub for salmon, poultry, lamb or on vegetables.
