Product Overview

These peppercorns were well on their way to becoming Tellicherry peppercorns, but they just weren't big enough once mature to qualify for the job.  That doesn't mean that they are any less desirable.  So, they have been left in gently flowing spring water for 7-21 days to loosen and dissolve the outer husk so that they can become something much more special....WHITE peppercorns.

These pack a bit less heat than black peppercorns but bring the aesthetically clean look of white pepper in a cream sauce or on pasta where you don't want the pepper to be clearly visible.
