Most people will acknowledge that blueberries come up a bit short on the "bursting with flavor" list. Not so with our blueberry infused sugar. The bold taste of blueberry is almost as strong as the taste of raspberries in our raspberry sugar. The union rep for the raspberries complained that we were allowing the blueberries to work longer hours to provide such flavor. Their complaint is under review with the labor board.
Use this on your cereal, oatmeal, sprinkle it on your next batch of brownies. With this much blueberry flavor, we are sure you can come up with some really creative ideas!
