Sweet meets heat, and with one of the hottest peppers on the planet, this spicy sugar is no slouch. Having said that, if you like spicy things, we find this sugar to be irresistible. It could be the endorphin rush, but there just seems to be no buzzkill with the capsaicin laced sugar. The only pity is that the sugar rush doesn't last any longer than the pepper heat
Use this in your next batch of ice cream, on cupcakes, or literally anywhere the sweet heat would be...we think even a mojito rimmed with this sugar would provide a pleasant surprise!
